Well Hello.
I’ve been doing a lot of fun stuff lately, but today was just a typical day. I think I’m a bit burnt out because headaches are becoming a regular part of my routine. I’m wondering if I’m grinding my teeth at night again? The only experiment I can think of to test this hypothesis is to pop in the old retainer for the next couple of nights and see if there’s any difference…
Basking in fall weather is nice. I took Jon to soccer practice today and rested on a grassy hill while looking up at the sky. The air was quite chilly, but the sun was warm. Hello autumn.
Dinner was a potato-based Indian dish fresh from a box.
This was spicy and very different…a nice change of pace for my taste buds. I’m curious to try some of the other sauces now.
After dinner I enjoyed a few squares from my soy-free chocolate collection. I’m absolutely in love with the sea salt caramel crunch bar. Who knew salt and chocolate go so well together?
Any news out there in the blog world?

October 14, 2010 at 8:10 amI love TJ’s frozen meals, they’re so yummy. I haven’t tried any of their boxed stuff, but it looks good, maybe I’ll give it a go sometime.

October 14, 2010 at 9:06 pmThe only blog news I’ve managed to ascertain in the past week is that we all need to roll over to Trader Joe’s to buy a sack of peanut flour. My jury is still out on this issue.
I hope that there’s a quick fix to the headaches you’re having, lady!

October 14, 2010 at 10:28 pmThanks! I was wondering about that peanut flour too and I’m a little weirded out by it. Have you ever had PB2 b/c Kath said it tastes better?

October 15, 2010 at 6:17 pmI get terrible headaches from grinding. Last night I didn’t wear my oh so sexy bite guard to bed and actually heard a crunch from clenching and grinding that woke me up! I feel your pain.
