The Christmas partying continued at one of my friend’s houses right across the street from mine. His parents have a party every year and the food is always awesome. This year’s spread was Mediterranean inspired. I had a little of everything, including some un-pictured fudge, caramel popcorn corn, and truffles. I didn’t taste anything I didn’t love over the course of the evening!
The booze was flowing so I also enjoyed a few lovely glasses of red vino.

Santa arrived to entertain us all.
No holiday is complete without a trip to the local bar in my very small town: the Wooden Nickel. The nickel actually has an awesome selection of beers for such a small establishment. I caught up with tons of friends from high school while sipping a belgian brew from the Triangle brewery company in Durham. Matt and I didn’t get home until two and we dug up a few Christmas treats for a late-night snack:)
It was only a two-day work week, so I leave you with fashion Friday holiday edition. Back to eating and relaxing:)
