Organic/low sulfite wine – I mentioned in a previous post that I’m having more trouble with wine lately (like a whole day of being hungover after 1-2 glasses), and have tried some organic and no added sulfite wine.  It’s making a huge difference! I don’t feel like I’ve been run over by a bus after wine, I just feel thirsty (or tipsy) like a normal person!  Organic wines contain less than 10ppm natural sulfites and there are tons of great low sulfite wines that are under 20ppm (the legal limit in the U.S. is 350ppm natural and artificial).  I want to join this wine club!

Soma vanishing edge bikini underwear – thanks to my Instagram friends for telling me about this underwear!!  I ordered 5 for 39$ and love that they stay put and don’t show too much through clothes!

Natural Beauty Group – Kath got me interested in Eminence Skincare, but I hate committing to new products without trying them.  I found this online shop that sells Eminence samples, and also has great freebies and promotions. I’ve been able to try lots of fun stuff.  I’m liking the Sour Cherry Whip, but don’t quite have the budget for the full size yet.

Native Shoes – Despite being a little annoyed with the price, I ordered these shoes for Emerson because everyone loves them. They are pretty awesome and she is very excited.

The Calm app. – I downloaded this because I stay up too late and have trouble winding down before bed.  This is especially true when Matt walks in the door super late and I haven’t talked to another adult all day and I wake my brain up when it needs to be getting sleepy. I also hold stress in my jaw and clench at night, so the body scans help with relaxing muscles in the body before going to sleep. I love the short breathing exercises too.

Love Warrior by Glennon Doyle– I became slightly obsessed with Glennon after I heard her speak in Dallas and read her first book right away.  This is her second and I liked it even more.  She has a way of writing about mental health, love, and doing hard things. I just love how she can turn a messy situation into something beautiful.
