-I’ve become obsessed with this Chilaquiles inspired scramble for lunch. It’s just a small handful of Red, Hot, & Blues chips (or some scraps from the bottom of the bag) sautéed in salsa. I add frozen spinach for nutrition and then scramble 2 eggs in the middle of the pan and top the whole thing with guac. Hits.the.spot.
-Matt and I have a date night planned in Greenwich Village this weekend and I’m so excited for one last dinner in the city.
-Fiddle leaf fig experts – What do I need to know to keep one of of these alive in my house? Does everyone just buy the fake ones these days?
-I’m dreaming of peppermint ice cream pie and pumpkin cheesecake for Christmas. What are you all baking for the holidays?
-I think I’ve finally found my shampoo!! I was looking for something clean-ish that was more budget friendly than Oribe, and this one is $28 for a 10oz versus $42 for an 8oz! I tried a travel size of the color shampoo and conditioner, and I especially love how thick the conditioner is (didn’t like the leave-in spray conditioner though).
-My skin has gone from zero to super dry and itchy so quickly. I’ve been much better about using lotion daily on my arms and back this year, but I still can’t stand anything that’s not 100% cotton on my skin. I have a bunch of sweaters that are blends of materials and I just cannot stand to wear them. It’s weird, as I can’t remember this happening in years past…
-I’m going to miss the yoga studios up here! Some of the classes I’ve taken have been the best I’ve ever experienced. Any Charlotte locals have recommendations for an amazing hot yoga with good music?

December 7, 2018 at 10:00 amI’m the same way with cotton this winter. I cannot stand putting any sweater on that isn’t 100% cotton so I’ve had to donate wool, cashmere, etc. blend sweaters. I used to be fine with other materials so I’m not sure what happened but I feel you!
