This recipe for salmon burgers.  I’ve made it three times now with fresh salmon from the skillet + gf panko and it’s a good one.

Reusable food storage bags – How did I not know these exist?  I actually bought them to store my pump parts in and will be getting more (maybe the silicone ones) for food storage.  I tried some paper ones I found at Whole Foods, but they weren’t air-tight, so kind of pointless.

Almond butter cups – Matt and I are always buying various chocolate bars and pb cups for little treats after dinner, and I have to say, these are some of my favorites lately! Smooth inside and not super sweet.

Eight & Sand Kitchen – If you happen to be local to Charlotte, I’m obsessed with this new cafe that has sandwiches and salads.  I tried the ricotta toast with strawberry jam on gluten free bread and it was amazing!! I’ve kind of given up on my budget these last two weeks before my mom gets here and have just been taking myself out for lunch when Emerson is at preschool:)

Being back in a routine – Speaking of preschool, I am loving being back into a more normal routine. Emerson seems more comfortable at school than she did at some of the summer camps, and it’s nice to know I can run some errands three mornings a week (well, for now).

RX Protein Vanilla Almond Butter – I’ve tried the little sample packs of this, and finally splurged ($11) on a jar when it was on sale.  It’s annoying to stir, but SOO delicious!!!
