-We are having beautiful weather this week. I cannot remember the last time I was cold, but I actually had to go inside when I was having lunch!
-Anyone else have a toddler who went through a 3-year-old sleep regression? I was thinking the earlier wake-ups and crying more at bedtime was related to going back to school and her sensing the coming change. But, then I read that it’s common for this developmental stage.
-Every night Matt and I sit down to order the name sign for the nursery, and then we get cold feet about finally committing to a name and don’t order it!
-I’ve been indulging a bit more these final few weeks, and scored a piece of special edition gf carrot cake made by a local baker, Move That Dough Baking Co.
-We hung some photos in Target frames from our travels over the years in our bedroom – I’m loving finally having something on this big white wall and reminiscing about these trips.
-I think baby has dropped a bit (and I’m 3cm!) because I’m finally hungry again and my shorts/pants are fitting differently.
-I may disable the news app on my phone for a couple of weeks and then resume worrying about the world once things settle.
-Is it fall where you are? What are you adding to your wardrobe for the season?

September 23, 2019 at 7:26 amI can’t wait for cooler weather. We are still in the 90’s with humidity here in Texas. I stopped watching the news over a year now and it’s the best thing I’ve ever done. I highly suggest it. Enjoy these last days before the new little one arrives.

September 23, 2019 at 9:06 amOur daughter went through some rough sleep patterns a few months ago (she’ll be 4 in November). Lots of crying at bedtime when we left and early wake ups. It was rough but we got through it! And enjoy indulging-you’re pregnant and deserve to rest and eat treats when you want!! I am convinced Emma was as big as she was due to all the ice cream I ate towards the end!
