Hello,
Popping in with some of the things I’ve been loving lately (mostly Christmas gifts, haha).
I’m not a huge Yeti person, just because of the price, but an ad for one of these displayed on my Elster page when I was looking for things to add to my wish list for my family gift exchange. And I LOVE it. It keeps my tea warm for a while, so I don’t feel rushed to drink it; I’m no longer living in fear of Emerson knocking it over in the mornings. After a week, I ordered one for Matt too:)
I got these for Christmas too and they have become my new slippers. I knew people loved them, but I didn’t realize how comfy and cozy they are. I LOVE that I don’t have to wear socks with them (wool interior). I wear them a lot for lounging and it’s so convenient that I can do a walk or short workout in them too.
Our house still feels so white and a little plain to me, but I don’t think we’re going to paint. I’m working on adding some more interest to our living room, but I have a hard time finding decor that doesn’t look like clutter. I discovered this lantern via Instagram at Rodworks and love it on a cozy night.

I forgot we had these until I got home from Florida and our house was freezing. They were HEAVEN when I first put them on and got under the covers.. So cozy and no waiting for the bed to warm up once you get in!
Warm shredded brussels – I’m still not feeling salads (made at home by me at least), so I have been eating a lot of warm veggies instead of salads for lunches. My go-to has been sautéing a bag of shredded brussels with a little cheese, honey, olive oil, and pistachios and it makes a great side item or base for a grain bowl.
Glowy skin seems to be a thing right now, so I bought this Powder Highlighter and love how it adds a just-off-the-slopes look.
The Calm App – After getting Mono, I’m trying to get back into using this app for a short meditation before bedtime to clear my mind.
And I’ve got to give a shout out to this guy! January has had a lot of highs and lows and he’s been wonderful:)

January 28, 2020 at 10:15 amI’m wondering where you are finding shaved brussels? I used to buy them all the time and now HT, Publix, Aldi and Food Lion don’t have them anymore. Whole Foods is too far away from me, as is Earth Fare. They are so easy for quick meals!
