My Favorite Popsugar Workouts

It’s no secret I’m a huge Popsugar Fitness fan. I’m always talking up their videos and sharing with friends.  I figured I’d put some of my favorites all in one place so I can share easily when people ask.

Having access to free, high quality, motivating at-home workouts has pretty much changed my life – I’ve used these videos through two pregnancies, when traveling, and whenever I’m too tired or busy to go to the gym and deal with childcare (yeah, that’s all the time now). Sweating is a huge form of stress relief for me, and I think I’d go crazy if I had to travel to the gym and take an hour long class to work out. And I love that the videos are free because I can afford to take yoga or a boutique classes on weekends. Because getting out of the house is important too!

Here are some of my to-go’s:

30-Minute Boot Camp For All Fitness Levels – Weights
This one has some good modifications for pregnancy or people who are just starting to work out.

30-Minute Calorie-Torching Cardio Workout – Weights
High intensity intervals with some weight lifting thrown in.

Quick and dirty if you go all out.

Lot of legs! This one is great if you’re traveling or don’t have equipment.

This workout and I go way back.  I think this was the first Popsugar video I found and liked and I used to do it in our Texas townhouse before kids:)

For when you want gentle movement.

A nice fast-paced barre style workout.

If you are sitting on the couch and really don’t want to workout, DO THIS!  It’s really fun and will bring a smile to your face!
